It is a part of the error reporting tool. It normally means that there
wasn't enough time to log an error

dwwin.exe is the "Dr. Watson" error reporting app on your computer.
Basically, when you are shutting down windowss, there is somthing running
in the background that is crashing during the shutdown process. This will
cause an error, and Dr. Watson is trying to open to report and analize the
error. However, Dr. Watson can not open because the system is shutting
down. That is the meaning of the error.
Some of the applications that can cause this are:
Gravis Gamepad, Norton Antivirus, and Messenger

Before shutting down, press CNTL-ALT-DEL and "End Task" on any one
of these programs. You may have to do it a few times before it works.
Then try shutting down. Use the process of elimination until you find the
application that's causing the problem.
