WINDVD

I've had this problem for ages and its really bugging me. Don't want to take it to a computer shop to get it fixed because it'll cost loads.

Basically, I'm using Windows 2000 Professional with WINDVD as my DVD player. Unfortunately whenever I play a DVD the picture seems to jump slightly from frame to frame. After a short while (last night it was about 30minutes) the screen freezes and makes a constant buzz.

I'm not sure if anyone has had similar problems or could help me fix it. I'm new to computers so some step by step help would be really useful.

Thanks

AS noted in your other thread click here I think that you have a virus. It would be a good idea to sort that first, then deal with the niggles.
