Windows xp will not boot up blue error screen

Windows xp will not boot even in safe mode Put in the recovery disc and it loads up all of the drivers at the bottom of the screen. Now the blue screen of death has appeared with the message

What do i do now, can anyone help

hi fruit bat

the machine has complete crashed now no signal to monitor

running nforce 6801 sli mainboard with a geforce 8800GTS card.

On board LED showing 12.

Internal fans working drives working

A kernel mode program generated an exception which the error handler didn’t catch. These are nearly always hardware compatibility issues (which sometimes means a driver issue or a need for a BIOS upgrade).

i have cleared the CMOS by removing the jumper then replacing it again. Do i have to load a new bios on if so how do i do this with out a signal to the monitor
