windows xp setup probs

i was recently going to install my copy of xp onto my spare hard drive to use an an image in case of problems, i booted pc from cdrom and windows installed the necessassary set up files, unfortunaekt it out them on my main hard drive,i cancelled the setup but now when booting the pc i get the option of booting to xp or xpsetup.
how do i remove the setup files that it has obviously put in the registry.

Go Start/Control Panel/System/Advanced/Startup and Recovery and you can edit the boot.ini from there....either remove the enty or change the time to 0
