all i get is a window giving me 3 options

i understand that i should have an option

if you cannot get into safe mode then see

"To run the Recovery Console from the Windows XP startup disks or the Windows XP CD-ROM" click here

try running "Chkdsk /p"

or "Fixboot" maybe not sure??

failing that try click here

click Start and then Run.

Type: msconfig

Now click OK.

Now click BOOT.INI at the top.

Now place a tick in the box next to /SAFEBOOT.

Then click OK.
