windows xp recovery

hi have a desktop pc with 200 gig harddrive but has in my computer two how can i make all one drive try format it will not one for recovery have the recovery disc for it need the space

I would imagine the Recovery partition will only be a small part of the drive, 3GB or so. It will be FAT 32, and probably protected.

Your best bet would be to fit a new hard drive as slave.

hi have a desktop pc and sometime it will shut down them will boot back up with no problems checkd all power seting nothing wrong with them any help thanks

Control Panel>System>Advanced>Startup and Recovery>Settings.

Uncheck 'Restart', Check 'Write an event to the system log'. 'OK' (click Apply if it is lit) OK.

You can then check in Event Viewer for the problem.
