Since i installed WinTV on my PC i have been having trouble opening folders, IE, MSN... (the list is endless... basically it's everything) The computer done not respond or takes 20+ minutes to. So i thought i would do a system restore but it won't let me go back to any previous restore point. I gave up on that and decided to uninstall the software making sure that everything installed was removed but i still had the same problem until i installed a beta version of XP Service Pack 2, this sorted out the problem and made my computer run faster but i had problems playing movies files such as, avi, mpg etc... I downloaded all the codecs i needed once again, the problem remained, i uninstalled service pack 2 (beta) and now i'm back to square one... Any advice?
