When I press help and support on desk top I get the message "windows cannot open Help and Support because a system service is not running. To fix this problem, start the service named Help and Support."

I do not know how to fix this problem could you please help.

Thank you.

Start Menu/Run, type `services.msc`, run down the list of services, right click Help and Support and select properties, click the Start button to fire up the service, and make sure it's set to Automatic under `Startup type`.
