Windows XP - Discovering whether PAL or NTSC

As a follow up to my initial inquiry regarding hooking up my S-video out laptop to my S video in TV - how do I discover in Windows XP whether the video display out is set up for PAL or NTSC. Is such informatin to be found via Windows - I have had a thorough look and can't find such information under display properties or via the Control Panel.

I am assuming - by the way - it's PAL, given the machine's UK origin.

Computers don't use PAL or NTSC thats only for TV's and Video recorders.. If you have a DVD the PAL/NTSC is set by Zones
