Windows XP Crash

  Rogmur 01:20 13 Apr 04

Hi all.

Im not sure if this relates to my previous thread regarding compatible/incompatible DVD+R disks and DVD Re-writable drives, but my Mesh AMD XP3000+ pc crashed earlier (and re-booted).
This occured just as I was about to "right-click" on my DVD re-writer drive (sony DW-U10A).

I have a copy of the error signature file;

BCCode: 1000050 BCP1: FEF1FOOO BCP2 :00000000
BCP3 : 804EF506 BCP4: 00000000 OSVer: 5_1_2600 SP: 1_0 Product: 768_1

According to Microsoft, "Device Driver" error.

It also mentions "minidump".

Sorry to bore you all with the gobble-de-gook,
I just hope my Mesh Matrix isn't on its way out!

Kind Regards

start/control panel/system/advanced/start up and recovery/settings untick "automatically restart"

now when you get a crash an error will be displayed on the screen,note this down and you may find a fix if you type the error no.into the search Kb box top left click here
