XP is very slow too start up. Any reason why? As it takes longer than ME did for me.

For the activation, if i change some hardware am i able to reactivate if needed without major problems?

I have an integral CFC and SM reader. When it is plugged in windows dont start up. Any ideas why?

You disable it with a jumper on the board see page 19 of the manual

Is the card reader usb if so have you checked that the wiring is the same as the connector on the board?

Do you mean warning.
If so just click on save then point to where you want it saving.

No its after its downloaded a message about linked to missing kernell32.

It is USB, it was fine on my soltek sl75kav-x, on win me, on XP with my new mobo its not. What do you mean about the wiring.

The device is USB 1.1 i think, the old was 1.1, but this is 2.0.

PS Note if you have oem version it is slightly different.

Did you do a complete instalation of WinXP or upgraded the ME[re bootup]
How long does it take to load up to Desktop from switching on?

I have win xp oem.

I formatted and reinstalled.

It takes a while after the win xp logo and the blue moving bar, before any hdd activity.

Is it kernell32.dll file that is missing?
If so download from click here
and put it in Windows/System32 folder.

Will have to be off for now back tomorrow
