Windows - Wrong Volume

I am running Windows Vista Home Premium. Since I installed a new Microsoft Keyboard and Mouse and a Logitech QuickCam Connect webcam (with corresponding software), both of which are Windows Vista compatible, the following message opens when I select a web link in an email:

Windows Wrong Volume
Exception Processing Message 0xc0000012 Parameters 0x756E023C 0x756E023C 0x849AEC7C 0x756E023c
Cancel Try Again Continue

When I select "Continue" I am taken to the corresponding website but this warning message is annoying and I would like to eliminate it.

After closing down and starting up the following day the message no longer appears. Should have tried rebooting in the first place. My apologies for the lateness in advising you of this
