I have a windows xp cd for my computer that is 6 months out of warranty and the company have since gone trouble is there is no product id sticker for the cd and i now need to reload windows. i bought the disk specifically for events like this one and this is the first time i have needed to reboot, the thing is i never checked to see if the sticker was there i just assumed it was.i have checked inside the case and all over all the manuals and other parts of the pc to no there anyway i can load it without or get a new one as it is a legitimate cd and i dont want to fork out another £50 for a new 1 just for a set of numbers.
