i have bought a windows vista business CD and i have installed it in my system, i happened to re-install it several times on the same system and at last i had a problem because the CD key could not activate any longer. now, does it mean that i need to buy another windows vista business CD or there is a means whereby my key can be made to work or any such help. i'm stuck, please advice me on that!

can i have a new key in place of the one that has expired?

If you have a genuine copy of Vista - then you call Microsoft about your problem. (as johnnyrocker says). The number to call should be given on the screen.

You certainly do not have to buy another copy.

If you have onknowingly bought a pirate copy - then you still call Microsoft, who will suggest to you what you should do.
