Hello all, i'm a little confused and need help! I'm thinking of upgarding from Windows XP to Window Vista. The thing is, do i need the full CD, something like Home Premium, costing about £199 or can i just get a Upgrade CD, costing about £120?
Any help would be appreciated,

Before upgrading, check your system is compatible with Vista.
There is a good chance you will require new drivers.

Use the Windows Vista Upgrade Advisor click here

Some people upgrade no problem. I couldn't it just wouldn't install. I had to do a clean install from the upgrade disk and still had a few problems so ended up going back to XP for the time being.
skidzy is right in what he said, unless your PC and the rest of the bits is compatible theres no point in even considering it so running the advisor is the place to start.
