windows shutdown

i have a laptop running win xp pro. now everytime i use the laptop, after about 5 mins it shutsdown with the message, c\windows\system32\lsass.exe this has been authorised by nt\windows and then reboots, this happens when i am on the internet or not. anyone help.

Get the Microsoft patch and use Stinger to remove.
