Checking Google it comes up with a few others with the same problem.
And checking google for event ID 6281 also comes up with a few with the same problem but no fixes that I could find.
I have scanned with MSE.Malwarebytes.Emisoft Anti-Malware.
Ran chkdsk.sfc /scannow and no problems have been found.
Is there a way to fix the problem or just carry on the way it is.
Just thought that it may be all of the warning pop ups from Emisoft when it stops suspect programs from opening.

Just going to leave it and see if it corrects itself eventually.
