Windows reporting incorrect size of hard disk

I have recently reinstaled win XP Pro onto a reformatted hard drive. The BIOS correctly reports the drive as being 80Gb and in the Windows Disk Management it also shows the disk as being 74Gb but in explorer it shows the disk as being only 10Gb. Any ideas?

Let check disk have a scan.

Ran CHKDSK from the recovery console and it also reported the drive as being 10Gb.

Finally solved the problem by using FDISK. Odd thing was that FDISK reported a 80Gb partition but the only way around it was to delete the partition and re-establish it.
