Windows No Disk on startup

I get the message Windows No Disk on startup and lately accompanied by the comment Exception Processing Message C0000013 Parameters 75b6bf9c 475b6bf9c 75b6f9c. The choices given in the panel continue, cancel etc all result in Windows carrying on as if nothing was wrong.

It's not a showstopper but I'd like to know what it is and to get rid of it.

Plenty in Google about this but no sound answer.

Some suspect something to do with AVGAS,some seem to think its a Microsoft buggy update.
After reading through several threads,it looks like a buggy MS update.
