i run XP home edition. i had about 20 small video clips(avi) of my grandson, made using my logitech webcam. i have put them all together and compiled a 2 minute video, complete with fades/titles etc and it looks ok. however, the audio that was on the short vids(voices, not music)has not transferred to the new compilation. what have i done wrong? how can i get the sound to record also?

This happened to me once and I eventually realised that the on screen slider volume control was set at zero.
