Windows Messenger with Windows XP

  Bosa 20:41 08 May 03

I have Windows Messenger 4.7, Windows XP and Norton Internet Security.
I cannot start and audio or video communications with my contact list, (it just fails when the invited person "accepts") but I can join in (and everything works fine) if I am invited by someone else.

Any ideas whats causing the problem?

(Windows XP Firewall is off)

There is a new update for messenger. I was notified yesterday. Actually I think it is a completely restyled programme as several megabytes. They areknocking off telephone link I believe. It might solve your probs. and increase security in messenger as well.
