Security Upgrade (Individualization)
Some companies provide licensed audio and video files that may require you to upgrade your security components in the Windows Rights system.

I am running Windows Media Player 10 and tried to play a file from Sky Sports web page. I was prompted to download the above security upgrade to enable me to play the file. What are the implications of downloading this update? Any reason not to do so?

"I was prompted to download the above security upgrade"

Prompted by who or what?

Was it a Microsoft prompt/upgrade?

If it was MS, it should be OK.

If not, I would be concerned.
