Since downloading WM9 onto my W98SE, IE6SP1 setup it doest run video clips. It starts to play a clip but then stops and comes up with polite error messages saying IE or WM9 needs to close and restart.

I've unistalled and reinstalled several times but that does'nt fix it.

Can anyone help?

Wonder if I might have that problem too. I tried watching a dvd-r in media player 9 and it crashed every time. Mines on xp tho.

with Media Player 9 - although my troubles are with music tracks.

I find that if I'm playing a CD, and I start asking the player to jump around the tracks it will play ball a couple of times, and then give me the 'encountered an error and have to close' message.

This is in WinXP Pro.
