Windows Media Encoder Help

Hi all, just wondering if anyone could help me out.

I run a internet radio station, and have a Windows Media output via a Windows Media Stream provider.
To allow live or pre recorded output to be broadcast, I use a Windows media encoder, which allows any audio file on my pc to broadcast through the Windows Stream server. I am currently using Winamp to play my pre recorded audio, to which the encoder picks up, and then broadcasts it. The problem that I am having is it also picks up any other audio from my pc, ie mouse clicks, playing/listening to other audio sources etc.
Does anyone know if I can have a set up that will allow some type of audio software to play directly to the encoder, without it picking up other sounds from my pc.

I hope all the above makes sense!!

Thanks for looking, and just ask if you want any more info!!

Russell
