I am getting this message in Windows Mail: Server Protocol: Pop3, Port995, Secure (SSL):Yes,Error Num 0x800CCCOF.

My emails are getting to my Sky address but wont cross to Windows Mail this only happened today.
Any ideas what is wrong

I'm getting the same error code "0x00CCCOF"; the message is slightly different as it states that "the connection to the server was interrupted".

- I can send email through outlook, but not receive
- I can access my mail through; I just can't get it into Outlook
- Like Thereferee21 it's only been a problem today.

OS: XP Pro
Mail server: Outlook 2003
ISP: Sky Broadband

I'm assuming it's a Sky issue - I had a major issue last week (documented elsewhere on this forum) which miraculously cured itself, there was a mail problem a fortnight ago, so this makes it 3 in 3 weeks for me!!

Would welcome any ideas.

If it's not caused by your email scanning software, then it's probably a Sky server problem, check it out again tomorrow, see if it rectifies itself.
