Windows Login Screen Prompt

Is there a way to get rid of the Username and Password prompt that comes up on my machine every time Windows loads up?

It seems pointless to have this since you can just press "Cancel" without even typing a password and it comes on anyway. Also, it is not a multiple user machine, so this is not really required.

I am running Windows ME.

go into network connections, right click on the network connection(if there is one) and click properties i think. Then delete the network adaptor if ure not using it. I believe this should work
