Windows Live Messenger

Hi all,

OK, I use Windows Live Messenger a lot to chat to friends and think the built-in smileys suck big time. ;)

I'd like to replace the default smileys but there seems no way to edit the default ones so codes like ;) :) etc are "locked in" to the default smileys that come with WLM.

Is there any way I can edit or replace the default smileys? I know I can add custom ones if needed but would like to be able to choose what smiley I use when using the basic smiley codes.

Many thanks,

That might well be. Cheers for that. :)

Will let you know how I get on.

Installed it with the latest version of WLM and it's not offered as an option from the menu like it's supposed to be.

My mistake, seemingly, you can only do it with MSN Messenger, you can't do it with WLM yet.

That's why it came up with the error "Software Not Loaded".

Funny though as the software claims to integrate with WLM.

Well, maybe one day. :)
