Windows Live Mail "Check Mail"

Have 'reluctantly' started to use Win Live Mail. Most mail progs have a 'check mail' or send/receive button that you can use to see if any mail is waiting to be delivered. Can't find one in Win Live Mail. Is there one?

I just click on "inbox" or home

Click View menu (or right-click on Toolbar) and go to Customize Toolbar. Select Send/Receive button.

If you want to see if mail is on the server you should use Mailwasher. It even allows you to see spam mail BEFORE you RECEIVE mail. Just Google Mailwasher (free)

Thanks people. Enough solutions here but why did they not put a send/recieve or check mail button on the screen in the first place? Crazy!
