Un-install Document Viewer!
Or if it is part of the Printer Installation, there is probably an Option not to install the Document viewer. So un-install the whole lot, then re-install the printer software, but not the Document Viewer part.
Failing all else, un-install all the printer software and then contact HP, I understand HP are very helpful in this sort of matter.
There is no point at all in posting all that other stuff Part 1 and 2, just a total waste of time.
