Windows Explorer by mistake

I have quite an old PC operating with Windows 98.
I have been removing some old programs to save disc space and mistakenly removed Windows Explorer. The PC cannot boot up now and is telling me to reload Windows.
I have my Windows CD but no bootup floppy.
Is it a straight forward job of just inserting the CD. I would appreciate any help in going about the job.
