Windows Explorer Crashes on Multimedia File

When I use Explorer as a file manager and open a directory with a video file in it (MPEG or AVI) then explorer refuses to do anything, says it is a dangerous file and closes.

The files are not dangerous as I have just written them.

It works fine in another computer so is a "funny" on my newer system (XP with rev 2).

Any ideas.

Thanks

David
