Windows closedown problem

Hi everyone, any ideas.

When I cosedown my computer, Widows XP, the follownig message appears about halfway thorugh:

CCSVCHOST.EXE Application error.
The instruction 1 0X69532047 at location 2 0X00000000

Click OK and the computer closes down.

From my short read it would seem to be related to Symantec Norton products

Yes, I thought it had something to do with Norton.
I have just contacted them by email and got a reply. it says they will contact me within 96 hours. If I get a solution I will post it on site. Have to wait and see. Cheers,

I suppose that you could remove Norton,Run the Norton removal tool.click here then run C Cleaner.Then reinstall Norton.If not causing any problems maybe better to wait till Norton gets back to you.
