Windows Blue Screen of Death (BSOD). Help!

I am having problems with BSODs in Windows – a system restore hasn't seemed to help.

I get win32k.sys quite often as the file, with the error code
0xc0000005, oxBf89FoF7, oXB4CBOF80, 0x00000000

Just now I got a BSOD with the file nv4_mini.sys

I have been Ocing, but my computer is not now overclocked when these BSODs occur.

I have run Memtest which my RAM had no errors with for hours.

I performed some registry tweaks 2 days ago, that seemed safe and where to do with speeding up shut down and booting e.t.c.

I thought maybe these caused the problems, so I did a system restore to before them but I just got another BSOD.

If this isnt enough information, I will try and give more,
But any advice is appreciated!
