Windows Backup Utility missing

The November edition of PC Advisor describes the use of the Windows Backup Utility. I upgraded from Windows ME to XP by purchasing the Upgrade but I don't have the Backup Utility. I've tried using Add/Remove programs to install further Windows components and also used my Upgrade CD to look for the missing Utility but there is no mention of it. How can I install this, please?
Many Thanks

To manually install Backup:

1. Double-click the

Ntbackup.msi

file in the following location on the Windows XP Home Edition CD-ROM to start a wizard that installs Backup:

CD-ROM Drive:\VALUEADD\MSFT\NTBACKUP

2. When the wizard is complete, click Finish.

No need to apologise - the ElderGeek site is an excellent resource to be pointed to.
