I want to upgrade fron vista Home Basic To Premium.
To do this using Windows Anytime on line it seems a Windows Upgrade disc is required which apparently would come with the purchased PC. I didnt get one with that title with my new laptop but I notice that on the Samsung Recovery disc that did come with the Samsung machine is a file called 'Upgrade' Anyone know if this is what I need? file name I think is NETFX or is it likely to be part of Samsung's update program.
Thanks

If you PC came with Vista Basic preinstalled I would seriously reconsider upgrading to Premium, if Basic is installed then theres probably a very good reason for it, such as the computer being lower spec and if this is the case then installing Premium could slow it to a crawl.

I would post what specification of machine you have before you do anything else.

Ran Vista Upgrade Advisor- it reccomended Home Premium.
