Windows 98SE and USB Mouse in DOS

I have both keyboard and mouse connected to my computer through USB ports. Both work fine under Windows, and the USB Keyboard works fine in DOS. However, when operating in DOS, the computer cannot find the USB mouse, which it appears to be looking for via the PS/2 port. Whilst I rarely go into DOS, it is necessary for SAFE Mode operation and other occasionally used programs, and for this reason I should like to get my USB mouse to work properly in DOS.

You can buy an adapter quite cheap then you can plug your USB mouse into the PS/2 port you will no longer have a problem.
