windows 98se startup

im new at this so bear with me i run a computer with win 98se , ive got 192mb of mem and ive only got the use of 60mb can any 1 let me know what should be running on startup ie(msconfig--startup) to increase my memory bank

Go into BIOS the GRAPHICS that you have sounds like it's ONBOARD that means it uses your Installed memory you can change how much you want to allow it to use in the BIOS

im using 98se wene i go into msconfig,startup wot is the bare minimum i can have running to keep all my memory free
