windows 98 question

we have windows 98 p.c in work for larking around on, whenever i take in some disc's with picture's on of holidays etc, when i open them they are always about 4 times larger and i can only seem to get the original size when i set them as wallpaper, i really just want them to open up as they would on xp if thats possible or at least a decent viewing size,
Thanks in advance

What program are you using to open / view the pics? Irfanview has the option to view them at what size you want - full screen, or whatever.

i really don't know to be honest, i just click on the files and they open up bloody huge, if i can download some other kind of software to use would be great, i assume Irfanview is windows 98??

click here to download Irfanview - works well with Win98. Tell is to be associated with all image files.
