Anyone have information on installing a large (80 gb >) hard drive. I've heard that the operating system doesn't like big drives! Any answers appreciated. Wobbles

I think that Win98 is compatiable with 80gb drives.. But if it isn't just partition it..

I have an 80Mb drive that I installed on this PC running W98SE & I haven't had any problems. Originally it was just one partition but later I repartitioned it into two. I use FAT32.

Win 98 should support an 80 gig drive you may need to update fdisk to recognise drives over 64 gig.
