My daughter has a floppy full of work related data that she saved from a windows 98 machine.
When she tried to uplaod from the disc drive in an XP machine, it wouldn't read it.
Have I got a problem that is resolvable or is the floppy corrupt?

It sounds to me taht the disk is corrupt. I have work that I did on Win98, now I use Xp Home & it's still OK. Do U know any1 else that has Xp? If so ask them to have a look at it. If it does the same, ask some1 that has 98 to have a look at it. Good luck Ron

When you say "it wouldn't read it" - just to check, you do mean literally you couldn't see the files on it, not just you couldn't open them??
