Windows 8.1 without Media Player

My new laptop came with Windows 8; PCA said to do the upgrade (which was free of charge) ... but no one said anything about losing the Media Player in the process!

It should still be there. When you start the apps start screen you should see an arrow bottom left, click on this and you should find Windows Media player as well as other icons. If you right click on the icon you have the option to pin to the start and pin to taskbar.
