Windows 8 Start-up problem

Hi all,

I'm running Windows 8 64bit installed on my 120GB SSD, when i start up my computer, the ASUS startup screen comes up as per usual, but for much longer (usually flicks on and off as the computer loads fast) if i don't do anything an error screen comes up saying something along the lines of 'your computer needs to be repaired, the OS or an application cant be loaded as a required file is missing, Winload.exe, error code 0xc000000e'

However, if i turn it off and on again, everything will load fine, and also if i go onto BIOS settings before the error message appears, and simply click 'save&exit', the computer will load up just fine.

Can anyone help me with this?
