Hi...
I'll shortly be buying a new computer which will have Windows 7.
I understand it comes with Windows Media Player 12 already installed.
Currently, I'm on XP Home with Media Player 11.
I have a couple of questions:
1)In MP11, to access 'Advanced Tag Editor' and edit MP3 info, you open MP with a track>click on Library>right-click track title>Advanced Tag Editor>you now have option of editing: Artist/Track info + Lyrics + Pictures (of album) + Comments>Apply

If you add a picture of the album then ‘apply’, the thumbnail of that album now appears top right and bottom left of MP11 screen.

Does MP12 have 'Advanced Tag Editor' or something similar that does the above?

2) In MP11, if you want to know the bitrate of any track playing, you hover the mouse over the icon bottom left of the screen (showing thumbnail pic of the album the track comes from or a musical clef icon) and the bitrate will show.

Again, is this so in MP12?

Many thanks
