Windows 7 failing to start correctly

H, I have Windows 7 on my PC. I keep getting a message saying it has failed to start and Windows repair needs to be carried out. This happens every time and doesn't seem to find anything and turns the PC off once finished. Upon re-boot it starts up. However, none of the internet browsers work. I also occasionally get a blue screen on start up saying computer not started to avoid damage. I have re-installed windows but this has not helped. Any ideas? Thanks

Have you changed something lately added new hardware ? Try reseating the ram and run a disk check, it could be a ton of things.
