I've downloaded vista driver for this graphic card and run it in compatibility mode for vista SP2. But the driver pack from nvidia said it does not have any drivers for my card! The website truly directed me to that driverpack for fx5500. Later I discovered that my hardware Id for graphic card is not the same as stated in the inf file of the installer. What problems are causing it? Is my graphic card ingenuine? The VGA BIOS clearly stated at start up that it is nvidia GeForce FX 5500. But what is causing this, I wonder?

I ran the Beta version of windows 7 on a machine with an FX5200 without any problems, I just used the vista drivers.
