So,is there anyway to let programs run without the prompt with UPC running win 7,i don't want to turn UPC off but when i click a shortcut on my desktop i don't want the extra OK confirmation from UPC,but i still want to be safe.

I just switch it off by putting the slider all of the way to the left.

It is a nuisance and I cannot stand the constant reminders that it gives.

I have the likes of WinPatrol that does the same sort of job and am happy with that.

As per buteman - It is just a bloody nuisance to be honest. If you are the only one using the computer ask yourself "why do I have to give myself permission?"

Same as buteman- UAC off on Vista and 7.
