I can't get my Samsung laptop running win 7 64 bit to see my HP workstation running WinXP Pro 32 bit. laptop is wireless, Workstation is wired to BT home hub 3.Workstation can see the laptop no problem. Password on laptop is off network homegroup is same name as main network workgroup. Laptop network only shows the home hub. I've applied the settings the help on the laptop advised but no show. I mainly want to rint to printers connected to worstation & share files. very frustrating any suggestions please

A "Homegroup" can only be used with multiple computers all running Windows 7.

The Windows 7 Laptop needs to have the folders you want available over the network set as "shared", basically in the same way as those shared in XP. You may also need to be logged into both computers with the same Username & Password.

Ok on that Re network,all the relevant folders are shared as is the printer, Usernames & passwords are the same.
