Win32.adware.virtumonde.FT application

Nod 32 detected this. The file is in C:\ Documents and Settings\Local Settings\Temp\nblfmclk.dll. Nod informs me that it will renames it and copy it to quarantine, and then informs me that it will be deleted after a system re-boot. Unfortunately, it re-appears. How can I get rid of it and guarantee it will be resolved??

Thanks once again for all of your professional expertise and wisdom.

Respectfully........Mark Milton Nosanchuk

Personally, I found that the Symantec solution did not thoroughly clean out the virtumonde trojan, but SuperAntiSpyware did.
