Win TV Nova-T & TCP/IP conflict

Can someone please help me ???

I am running Windows XP Home and I recently installed a Hauppage Win TV Nova-T model 909, which has worked for the past 2 months but last week I downloaded and installed a SpywareBlaster firewall and I must have disabled the TV conection because I cannot get any TV functions anymore. I when I start Win TV the error message states "Please check the TCP/IP settings (ties) for the adapter: Hauppage WinTV Nova Adapter (MAC-Adress: 00D05C23E350)

I woudl be very grateful if someone could point me in the right direction to remedy this fault.

Must point out that SpywareBlaster is not a firewall.

In the Network Properties' Network Adaptor tab highlight the adaptor used, click its Properties and ensure that only TCP/IP is checked under the Bindings tab.
