Win 98 and multiple users

I have a PC running Win 98 that my family use. Very annoyingly they tend to screw up the "settings" such as having Messenger running at start up, adding icons etc. I realise that XP I can set up a guest log on and restrict access to do stuff - and in win 98 I cannot do this - but is there a way I can run a shport programme that re-sets all settings to the "default" so that "normality" can be restored.

If you are willing to pay the money, get yourself a couple of disk caddies and another HDD. Clone your current drive onto the new drive and hand it to the family.
